Caroline Omotayo is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Caroline represents emerging companies, public and private companies, and private equity funds on commercial and intellectual property transactions, including:
- M&A, private equity, and joint venture transactions
- Technology, intellectual property transfers, and licensing
- Manufacturing, supply, and distribution arrangements
- Service provision agreements
