PROFILE
Nick Fisher is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Nick advises clients on private equity and M&A transactions, and general corporate matters.
Nick trained in the firm’s London and Singapore offices, gaining experience in M&A, capital markets, and acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. Nick also spent time on secondments to Thomas Cook Group plc and Bain Capital Private Equity.

- Energy Capital Partners on its £1.3 billion acquisition of Biffa PLC, a UK waste management business which includes technologically-driven energy generation services
- CVC Capital Partners on its recommended £5.4 billion cash offer, in a consortium with Nordic Capital and ADIA, for Hargreaves Lansdown plc, the UK’s largest savings and investment platform and the UK’s biggest retail stockbroker
- Astorg Partners in a consortium along with Nordic Capital and Novo Holdings, in connection with the merger of their portfolio company eResearchTechnologies with BioClinica, a technological and scientific leader in clinical imaging, in a deal reported to be valued at US$5.9 billion
- Astorg Partners on its acquisition of Normec Holdings, a Netherlands-based company that provides testing, inspections, and certification services
- Astorg Partners in the sale and reinvestment in Audiotonix, premier audio mixing consoles provider
- Astorg Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Anaqua, an IP management software business, to Nordic Capital in a deal reported by Bloomberg to be valued at US$2.5 billion
- Bridgepoint and Summit Partners on the sale of Calypso Technology, a provider of financial market software solutions, to Thoma Bravo
