Alain advises on outsourcing projects, platform and technology solutions (business and consumer facing), and complex commercial contracts and renegotiations, regularly advising clients on both the customer and supplier side. Alain works with a broad range of clients across various sectors from early stage companies to major global financial institutions.

  • A leading FMCG provider on the transition of its outsourced infrastructure services to the cloud
  • A global bank on the renegotiation of its multi-billion dollar outsourced arrangement for investment banking IT infrastructure (and the resolution of various disputes)
  • A major European telco on the outsourcing and digital transformation of its business support systems
  • A global biotech organisation on a regional (EMEA/US) agreement for outsourced core finance processing services
  • A provider of a cloud-native core IT solution for financial services institutions, on its customer terms and arrangements with hosting providers and systems integrators
  • A fintech provider on its cloud- backed platform solution for issuing and administering equities and debt (running on the blockchain)
  • Various US-based emerging companies on selling to consumers in Europe, including amending contractual documentation, privacy notices, and user journey
