Jason Britto is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the Banking Practice.
Jason draws on a wide range of experience advising banks, private credit institutions, and other financial institutions across a broad range of cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on sponsor-backed leveraged acquisition financings and restructuring/special situation transactions.
Jason takes a client-focused approach to guiding banks, private credit providers, and other financial institutions on financings across the capital structure, including:
- Syndicated loans
- Private credit financings
- Bank/bond and bridge financings
- Liability management transactions
- General bank lending
- Restructuring transactions

Jason’s representative experience include advising:
- A group of bank arrangers on the £6.6 billion term loan B, revolving credit, and high-yield bridge facilities for CD&R’s take-private acquisition of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC
- A group of bank arrangers on the £1.6 billion term loan B and high-yield bonds for Motor Fuel Group’s acquisition of 340 petrol forecourts from Morrisons
- A group of direct lenders and bank lenders in relation to term loan and revolving facility financing of Apollo’s acquisition of United Living, a leading provider of essential infrastructure, social housing maintenance, and construction services
- A group of direct lenders on the financing for EQT’s acquisition of Envirotainer, the leading global provider of mission-critical biopharma transport services
- A group of direct lenders on the financing for EQT Infrastructure’s acquisition of a majority stake in Trescal, a global leader in calibration services
- A group of bank arrangers in relation to EQT and TA Associates debt refinancing of software developer IFS
- A group of bank arrangers on the €2 billion acquisition financing by Flutter Entertainment for Italian gaming group Sisal Group and subsequent refinancing transactions advising the mandated lead arrangers
