Kehaulani R. Jai is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins.

Kehaulani represents major public and private companies and their officers, directors, and special committees in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation.

Kehaulani received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, she served as a research assistant for criminal law professor Avani Mehta Sood, and as a law clerk at the East Bay Community Law Center.

Kehaulani was a member of the California Law Review, the Asian American Law Journal, and president of Christians at Berkeley Law.

Kehaulani is a global leader of Latham’s Native American Lawyers Group, representative for the Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law, and a former Public Law Center Advocate.
