    • On obtaining antitrust clearance in Europe for its €2.3 billion acquisition of SIX Payment Services, which represented the largest European Fintech deal in 2018
    • On obtaining global antitrust clearance with limited remedies in the EU for its acquisition of French rival Ingenico, creating the European payment services leader
  • Bain Capital Private Equity on their sale of Parts Holding Europe to D’Ieteren Group, leading to the combination of #1 market player Carglass and #3 Mondial Pare-Brise on the French glass repair and replacement market
  • Fraikin, a leading European industrial vehicle rental company, on obtaining French antitrust clearance for its acquisition of major French rival Via Location
