PROFILE

Julia Bräuer is an associate in the Finance Department of the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. Julia advises German and international clients on a range of complex financings, including acquisition financings, corporate loans, and direct lending.

Julia advises German and international banks, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border matters, including:

  • Acquisition financings
  • Unitranche direct lending
  • Refinancings
  • General corporate lending (including Schuldschein)

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Julia studied law in Hamburg, Munich, and Paris, and completed her legal training in the Finance Department of the Munich office of Latham & Watkins.
