- Huarong Investment Stock Corporation Limited, on its privatization by Huarong International Financial Holdings Limited by way of share exchange offer
- China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited on the placing of existing shares and top-up subscription for new shares under general mandate of approximately HK$3.4 billion
- China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited, on its privatization of Jinmao Hotel and Jinmao (China) Hotel Investments and Management Limited, being the first privatization of a Hong Kong listed business trust, of HK$3.2 billion
- Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc., on its HK$2.6 billion initial public offering of H shares on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- ESR Cayman Limited, on its HK$12.6 billion initial public offering of shares on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- HKBN Ltd., on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in WTT Holding Corp. with an overall enterprise value of over HK$10 billion
