    • The US$2.4 billion take-private of Front Yard Residential
    • Various acquisitions and dispositions across asset classes, including REIT share, portfolio, and large single asset transactions
  • BREIT, various Blackstone funds, and Link Logistics Real Estate in a variety of acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures across asset classes
  • AGC Equity Partners on its acquisition, financing, and sale of a portfolio of triple net industrial assets in the southeastern United States

Secondaries and Recapitalizations

  • Brookfield Real Estate Secondaries Fund on a US$452 million GP-led recapitalization with Berkeley Partners of 24 industrial assets
  • StepStone Group Real Estate on a series of transactions, including:
    • Various real estate fund investments, including the recapitalization of a fund valued in excess of US$2.8 billion
    • A US$300 million equity commitment to recapitalization of Asia Capital Real Estate’s Fund III, an investment in Asia Capital Real Estate’s Fund IV, and the creation of a Fund IV co-investment vehicle
  • A sovereign wealth fund in a US$1.2 billion equity recapitalization of one of the world’s premier real estate companies

  • StepStone Group Real Estate on transactions across Europe, Asia, and North America, including a:
    • Programmatic joint venture to acquire and develop multi-family assets
    • Series of co-investments in a variety of asset classes, including office, senior housing, single family rental housing, mobile housing, and hotels
  • Corten Real Estate Partners on a strategic venture with Gencom and Provenance Hotels for a portfolio of eight hotels across the United States
  • Invitation Homes on a series of joint ventures with Rockpoint to acquire approximately US$2 billion in single-family homes

  • Blackstone and Shorenstein in their US$290 million refinancing of 45 Fremont in San Francisco
