PROFILE

Scott Rothstein is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins in the Litigation & Trial Department.

Scott represents clients in complex commercial and securities litigation, as well as in government and internal investigations. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum.

Prior to joining Latham, Scott served as a law clerk for Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Before law school, Scott worked as an auditor and forensic accountant at a public accounting firm.
