Taylor Allison is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Taylor represents issuers, underwriters, initial purchasers, and companies in connection with:

• Initial public offerings
• Public and Private mergers and acquisitions
• Public company representation
• Early-stage formation and strategy

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within life sciences, healthcare, and data privacy and security.

Taylor maintains an active pro bono practice, representing the elderly in partnership with the Legal Counsel for the Elderly.

While in law school, Taylor served on the William & Mary Law Review and as a member of the William & Mary Business Society and the William & Mary Women’s Law Society.
