PROFILE

Jack Vanderford is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Jack represents both public and private companies in a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private financing, and general corporate matters.

Jack graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While attending law school, he served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and served as a judicial extern for Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
