Isaac Ashworth is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.

Isaac advises public and private companies on chapter 11 reorganizations and distressed mergers and acquisitions, as well as general finance and corporate matters. 

Isaac maintains an active pro bono practice, representing animal shelters and victims of disability discrimination.
