PROFILE
Justin Tzeng is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.
Justin represents private and public companies and their investors throughout the business lifecycle. His practice spans a range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing, particularly within video gaming, entertainment, and Web3.
He has written several pieces on video game license rights, virtual in-game property, and gaming NFTs. His piece, “End User License Agreement Tailoring for Virtual Items”, received first prize in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal 2021 Writing Competition.
Justin received his JD from Stanford Law School, where he served as an editor for the Stanford Law Review. Prior to law school, he worked as a finance and strategy consultant to media and technology companies in New York.
