PROFILE

Brianna Dollinger is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Brianna represents strategic buyers and sellers on complex and cross-border M&A transactions across industries, including technology, electronic gaming and e-sports, social media, e-commerce, adtech, biotech, security and consumer and entertainment.

Brianna maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting with election rights education efforts in partnership with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and legal guardianship proceedings for minors.

Prior to joining Latham, Brianna was an associate at another leading law firm in its New York office. Prior to attending law school, Brianna worked at a management consulting firm providing guidance to Fortune 100 companies.
