Benjamin Hoekstra is an associate in the Los Angeles and New York offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice.

Benjamin advises private equity sponsors on investment fund formation, investment structuring, and related transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked as a financial forecasting software developer and financial analyst and passed the Uniform CPA examination.
