PROFILE

Alisha Nguyen is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Alisha represents public and private companies in a variety of litigation and investigatory matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Latham, Alisha served as a law clerk for Judge Maxine M. Chesney of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Alisha graduated from USC Gould School of Law in the top 10% of her class. While there, she served as an extern for Judge Autumn D. Spaeth of the US District Court for the Central District of California, a writing fellow for the legal research and writing program, a teaching assistant for undergraduate and first-year law courses, and an internal vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She also served as a senior submissions editor of the Southern California Law Review and earned a Scribes Award for excellence in note writing.
