Madeleine Keach is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

Madeleine represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate matters.

Madeleine received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she attended as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. While attending law school, Madeleine was an editor on the board of the Virginia Environmental Law journal and completed externships with the University of Virginia Office of the General Counsel and an immigration non-profit.
