PROFILE

Chelsi DeTurk is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Chelsi represents public and private companies on a variety of transactions, including:

• Securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and secondary offerings
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Venture capital financings
• General corporate representation of both publicly traded and privately held companies

Chelsi graduated from Columbia Law School as a James Kent Scholar. While in law school, she served as an editor of the Science and Technology Law Review.

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Chelsi was a summer associate in the Silicon Valley office and held a legal internship at Sonos.
