Rachel Klein is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Rachel represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and professional sports franchise investments, acquisitions, and sales.
Prior to joining Latham, Rachel was a summer associate in the New York office. While at Duke Law, Rachel was the vice president of the Business Law Society.

- Skydance Media in its proposed US$28 billion merger with Paramount Global
- Apollo in its proposed US$3.6 billion take-private acquisition of Barnes Group
- Carlyle in the joint venture investment in National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club Seattle Reign FC
- KKR in the sale of a majority stake in Chord Music Partners, a pure-play catalog of music intellectual property including The Weeknd, OneRepublic, David Guetta, Lorde, Diplo, ZZ Top, John Legend and more
- Mark Cuban in sale of the controlling interest in the Dallas Mavericks to the Adelson and Dumont families
- Diamond Baseball Holdings, a Silver Lake portfolio company, in the acquisition of over 20 MLB Professional Development League Clubs
- Endeavor in the acquisition of multiple MLB Professional Development League Clubs and the creation of Diamond Baseball Holdings and subsequent sale of Diamond Baseball Holdings to Silver Lake
- Dyal Capital in an investment in the Atlanta Hawks
