Donna Chen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Project Development & Finance Practice.

Donna advises a variety of financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in connection with project financings, acquisition financings, and other energy-related secured lending transactions, including power projects, transmission projects, wind projects, and other renewable energy projects.

While attending law school, Donna served as a managing editor of The University of Chicago Law Review.
