Dominick Constantino is a tax associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.
Dominick focuses on business taxation as it applies to a wide range of transactional matters, including taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and spin-offs.
Prior to attending law school, Dominick practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the tax practice of an international accounting firm.
