PROFILE

Will Swanson is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Finance Department.

Will represents corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions in a wide range of complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on the gaming industry. 

Will also has experience representing institutional investors, owners, developers, and lenders in sophisticated real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, lending, and joint ventures.

Will graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he received two Masin Family Academic Excellence Awards. Will was the vice president of the Real Estate Law Association and a writing advisor.
