Alexander advises sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, refinancings, and other secured lending transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Alexander trained and qualified at a leading magic circle law firm.
