Andrew Angel is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Before joining Latham, Andrew worked as a law clerk at a Chicago law firm focusing on antitrust matters. He also worked as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Michigan Law school, where he counseled startups on various corporate matters, including fundraising, business structuring, and employment agreements.

Upon graduating from the University of Michigan Law school, Andrew was awarded the Emmett E. Eagan Award for excellence in the field of corporate law.
