Naomi Smith is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

Naomi represents startups and other emerging growth companies at all stages in a broad range of transactions including:

• Venture capital financings
• General corporate formation and governance matters
• Debt and equity securities offerings
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity investments

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within the technology, healthcare, and life sciences industries, in addition to a number of leading venture capital firms.

While in law school, Naomi served as managing editor of the Northeastern University Law Review.
