Justin Talarczyk is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Justin represents public and private companies in both domestic and cross-border transactions. 

He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, and public offerings.

Justin earned his JD from Harvard Law School. While earning his JD he participated in the Harvard Business Law Review, Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, and the Health Law and Policy Clinic.
