Lindsey Doyle is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins.

Lindsey advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and venture capital financings.

Lindsey maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing foreign nationals seeking asylum and a Laguna Beach marine center securing bridge financing.
