Jack Gillen is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Jack advises arrangers, lenders, and borrowers on commercial lending transactions, including private debt and syndicated financings.

While attending law school, Jack was a law clerk at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Prior to attending law school, Jack began his career as an analyst at a multinational investment bank and financial services company.
