Yixuan (Josh) Lin is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Josh advises clients on a broad range of financing and corporate matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Josh received his JD from New York University School of Law, where he was the executive editor of NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. While in law school, Josh served on the board of NYU Asian-Pacific Allied Law Students Association and OUTLaw. He also participated in the NYU Environmental Law Clinic in partnership with the Natural Resources Defense Council. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Josh was a summer associate in the New York office.
