Rebecca Dixon is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Rebecca represents public and private companies on various corporate transactions. She maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing nonprofit organizations.

While in law school, she was a member of the Harvard Law School Women’s Law Association. Prior to law school, Rebecca worked as a corporate paralegal at a luxury retail company.
