Aaron Tso is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice.

Aaron maintains an active pro bono practices and is involved in the local legal community as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Dialogues on Freedom Committee and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining Latham, Aaron worked in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice at another leading international law firm in Los Angeles. Prior to practicing law, Aaron led a team of internal audit and compliance officers for a national private mortgage company.
