PROFILE
Bruce Johnson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Bruce predominantly advises companies on environmental and energy regulatory matters related to transactions or litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Bruce was a summer associate at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a law clerk at the Environmental Law Institute. While in law school, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review. He was also a research assistant to Professor Michael Vandenbergh, where he co-published a paper on Private Environmental Governance. He earned his MS in Environmental Policy from Tufts University.
