Sean Travers is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice.

Sean represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.

While in law school, Sean worked at another major law firm in New York, primarily focusing on affordable housing real estate law.
