Fizza Hasan is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Fizza represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the Karachi office of a leading law firm in Pakistan, practicing in the areas of banking finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
