PROFILE
Luca Brandi, a finance associate in Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office, advises German and international clients on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
Luca represents private equity funds, corporate borrowers, financial institutions, and direct lending funds in relation to:
- Cross border and domestic acquisition financings
- General corporate financings
- Bank/bond transactions
- Infrastructure transactions
- Venture capital and start-up related transactions
- Financial restructurings
Prior to joining Latham, he gained experience in the banking and finance department of another major international law firm, in the banking supervision department (SSM) at the European Central Bank, as well as in the investment banking division of a major international bank.
