Ryan M. Baker is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ryan represents public and private company clients, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Latham, he was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm in New York.
