Magda Farhat is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

Magda represents startups and other emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, in addition to venture capital firms. She advises clients on a range of transactions within the technology and life sciences industries.

Magda maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal advice to young entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins Magda founded her own practice catering for startups and venture capital firms in the Middle East, and was the founder and Chief Legal Officer of a legal-tech startup.

Magda helped found a non-profit organization aiming to empower women.
