Irene Terenghi is an associate in the Milan office of Latham & Watkins.

Irene has gained experience by assisting private equity funds, banks, and international and national companies in M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as in day-to-day compliance and public law issues.

Her activity mainly focuses on:

• UE and Italian data protection and cybersecurity matters
• Environmental and public law
• Regulated sectors in general (including gaming, infrastructure, and healthcare)

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins in 2021, Irene worked at a boutique law firm specializing in consumer law, intellectual property law, and data protection law, dealing both with litigation and non-litigation matters.
