J.T. Parisi is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

J.T. represents financial institutions, banks, corporate borrowers, and private equity firms in a variety of international and domestic finance transactions including:

• Acquisition financings
• Secured and unsecured facilities
• Asset-based and cash-flow lending facilities
• Restructurings including debtor-in-possession and exit facilities

J.T.'s practice ranges from large cap to middle-market and includes borrowers in the technology, healthcare, retail, and energy industries.

Prior to joining Latham, J.T. worked as a banking associate in a New York based law firm.
