PROFILE

Scott Craig advises emerging growth, technology and life science companies and their boards of directors, as well as venture capital and private equity funds on a full range of corporate transactions in high-growth industries.

Drawing on his varied experience, Scott guides clients throughout the company life cycle, from incorporation through exit planning. He brings particular experience in the technology and life sciences sectors. Scott also advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies from initial investment through exit.
