PROFILE

Rachel Mitchell is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Practice.

Prior to joining Latham, Rachel was a law clerk for Judge James B. Loken of the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and a law clerk for Judge Laura Denvir Stith of the Missouri Supreme Court.

While in law school, Rachel was the senior lead articles editor for the Missouri Law Review.

Before becoming a lawyer, Rachel served as a language analyst in the US Air Force.
