Amy Dau is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Amy represents issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements of securities. She also counsels clients on general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, public company reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

Amy advises clients on a variety of transactions across an array of industries, including life sciences and technology.

Prior to joining Latham, Amy worked in the New York office of another leading law firm.
