Jordan Wampler is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices.

Jordan represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters. 

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the life sciences, healthcare, and energy industries. 

Prior to joining Latham, Jordan was a corporate associate at another leading international law firm.
