Zac Alpert is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Zac advises clients across a range of industries on matters relating to technology and data. He works closely with clients ranging from startups to multinational public companies on compliance with data protection requirements, including global data privacy laws, cybersecurity, product development, and regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining Latham, Zac served as a law clerk working on CCPA enforcement with the Privacy Unit of the California Attorney General’s Office. He received his JD from Berkeley Law where he graduated Order of the Coif.
