Junda (Joey) Yu is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices.

Before joining Latham, Joey was a summer associate in the New York office of another leading international law firm. Joey also served as a summer law clerk to Judge Joel M. Cohen in the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division.

Joey received his JD-MBA dual degree from Cornell University, where he worked as a research assistant focused on securities regulation for Professor Charles K. Whitehead and was a recipient of the Peter Belfer Memorial Prize in Securities Laws.
