Harrison Hutchinson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.
Harrison represents clients, predominantly private companies and private equity funds, in acquisitions, management buy-outs, minority investment transactions, and general corporate transactions. Harrison has also worked for publicly listed companies on a variety of corporate activities and transactions.
He has a particular focus on the technology, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Harrison maintains an active pro bono practice, representing small and large charities with various corporate and contract-related matters.

- Cadence Design Systems, on its acquisition of Future Facilities group, a UK-based data center
- A European private equity fund on the sale of an advanced English engineering and manufacturing company to a listed overseas purchaser
- A US private equity fund on the acquisition of a Norwegian advanced manufacturing company
