Gabriela earned her JD from Boston University School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, Gabriela served as note development editor of the International Law Journal.

She advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters across various industries.

Gabriela maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing individuals seeking to change their gender marker.

Before joining Latham, Gabriela worked in-house as a member of Tripadvisor’s legal team.
