Brett Shandler advises clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, healthcare and life sciences, consumer goods, energy and infrastructure, on intellectual property, licensing, and commercial contract matters.
Brett also regularly advises on intellectual property aspects of financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Brett acted in patent litigation matters in the technology and life science sectors, including in the defense of high-value royalty and damages claims.
Brett has an interest in intellectual property issues arising in the context of developments in artificial intelligence, and in the transactional law implications of the Unified Patent Court scheme.
Brett has been recognized as a Rising Star by Managing IP.
