Daniel Weiss is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Daniel was a summer associate in the New York office.

Daniel earned his JD from the Fordham University School of Law. During law school, Daniel interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance.

Prior to law school, Daniel earned his BA from the University of Chicago.
